Anxiety can feel overwhelming, persistent, and difficult to quiet. You may experience racing thoughts, constant worry, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, or physical symptoms such as tension and fatigue. Anxiety can impact relationships, work, school, and daily life.

At Friends Counseling Center, we provide compassionate, client-centered counseling to help individuals better understand and manage anxiety. In a safe and supportive environment, we work collaboratively to identify triggers, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical coping tools that promote calm, clarity, and confidence.
