Teresa Johnson, LCSW is the Clinical Director at Friends Counseling Center. Teresa holds an MSW from Indiana University. She has 15 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with staying within societal boundaries and resistance to change. She has worked with both adult and juvenile incarcerated males, as well as severely mentally ill and Personality Disorders population. She has treated individuals struggling with trauma, sexual dysfunctional issues, criminal thinking, and depression. Teresa’s focus has been on treating individuals who want to end their victimization of innocent people. She believes in order to end others becoming victims, you have to focus on treating those who want to change their inappropriate thoughts and behaviors towards others. Teresa has completed training for becoming a Domestic Relations Mediator. She has also been certified in forensic interviewing and Moral Reconation Therapy.
