Freya graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. She continued her education in Social Work and received her Masters degree in April 2025. Freya started her journey with Friends Counseling Center as an intern in January 2025 and recently joined the FCC staff in September 2025 and will be working towards licensure.  Freya is passionate about connecting with clients and walking beside them as they explore their thoughts and feelings. Freya enjoys working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing various challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and adjusting to life changes. Outside of work, Freya enjoys coffee, nature, and spending time with family and friends.

Emily earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Addictions Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2010, and her Master's in Counseling, with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from IWU in 2013. Emily has been with Friends Counseling since 2016, and became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2018. Emily has seen healing and redemption come from the darkest situations, and knows that God has called her to walk alongside others as they journey through the ups and downs of life. Her passion is working with couples and families, as she sees issues through a systemic lens and believes that change occurs best within a good support system. Emily is married with one daughter and one son.
