Kelvin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), originally licensed in May 2004, with over two decades of experience in community mental health. Since August 2000, he has served in a variety of leadership and clinical roles within a local Community Mental Health Center (CMHC), including Coordinator of a Child and Adolescent Day Treatment Program, Supervisor of Outpatient and Crisis Services, and Senior Clinical Director.

Kelvin’s professional path has been shaped by both personal and vocational experiences that fostered a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families impacted by divorce, blended family dynamics, substance use, and domestic violence. His work is grounded in a holistic perspective that values both clinical excellence and personal meaning.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries (1990) and a master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family (2000), both from Indiana Wesleyan University. In addition to his clinical work, Kelvin has a longstanding background in ministry, having been ordained in 1993 in the Wesleyan Church. His ministry experience includes serving in youth leadership, assistant pastoral roles, and community outreach.

Kelvin integrates his extensive clinical training with a strong foundation in values-based care, striving to support clients in achieving healing, growth, and restoration in their lives and relationships.
