With 31 years of experience, she is a seasoned mental health professional dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome mental health and addiction challenges using a client-centered approach. Her commitment to empowering clients and strengthening community resources is evident in her collaborative work, which brings a comprehensive perspective to those she serves.
Michelina incorporates her training in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) and Motivational Interviewing/Stages of Change into her practice. She believes that every person has the capacity to heal and works to support others in discovering their strengths and achieving lasting positive change.
