Tonya is the Executive Director at Friends Counseling Center. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in community mental health for 19 years prior to joining Wabash Friends Counseling Center.  She earned her Master of Social Work from Indiana University and her undergraduate degree from Ball State University.   Tonya is passionate about working with a variety of individuals as they work through the adventures of life.  Tonya enjoys walking along with individuals as they develop healthy coping skills and process their emotions to help create a balance within their lives.  Over the years, Tonya has served on several community boards, help develop programs, provided clinical supervision as well as providing individual, family and group counseling services.   Tonya has been at Friends Counseling Center since 2016. Tonya also enjoys spending time with her husband and her two children.
